    Managing Partner

    Gregor is the founder and Managing Partner of Bridgepoint Management Partners and has spent more than 15 years helping European companies build, grow, and improve their North American businesses. He serves as a trusted operating partner to European ownership teams, frequently stepping into interim and fractional leadership roles to drive market entry, growth, transformation, and U.S. subsidiary performance. Prior to building Bridgepoint, Gregor was a partner with European management firms Syngroup and GCI. He also serves as Vice President of the German American Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Chapter.

    Partner

    Nicole brings international leadership experience across strategy, marketing, communications, and organizational transformation. She helps European companies adapt to North American customers, build local teams, and scale high-performing operations through organic growth and M&A, drawing on prior executive roles with Western Union and waterdrop.

    Senior Advisor

    Jeff advises clients on go-to-market strategy, sales, distribution, and operational execution for U.S. growth-stage businesses. He brings cross-sector experience across public and private companies, with prior experience including Morgan Stanley, Falcon Advisory, and the U.S. Peace Corps.
